my name is cosmo, been polish my car for a while with orbital buffer, cheap one.i realize i need something serious and i like finish cars, so.. i got a makita 9227 , plus 80 , 83, 105 and some foam pads. looking serious into this.
i am romanian, but live in tx (houston -dallas).
also i got a paint correction this weekend to some friends car and went pretty well , pic before and after, plus i learn some tricks too, but man let me tell u that makita is blessing , i have to practice more, is a little powerfull for a guy who give up on gym...
what i want is car show finish taht`s my goal, and i will rich it.
if is any dallas or houston group around taht thay have a gtg would be great to lear more from pro.. if not i will keep search around for info.
i plan to get a hood or trunk fro junk yard and practice a little. so far i try to get the 600-900-1500-900-600 tehnique handy. and wonder if i use it with 105 or any polish finish products.and do i have to go 4 times with 1500 around or depends of how bad the paint is.
done for now.... if any comment or sugestions is welcome , that`s what i am here to learn from pro!
