What is the best buffer to use with Meguiars products? I am from the old school of elbow grease.

Any questions you may have will get more attention if you post them in Detailing101. This part of our forum is just for introducing yourself to our community. As far as the best buffer to use, most of us use either DA polishers or rotary buffers.
The G110 is a great machine and you will have no worries about burning or swirling paint. You can look at it here:
