    Hello from the Dark Side

    Just purchased new 2009 Volkswagen GTI, Black Magic in color. After 3 consecutive silver VWs, I need to get my detail skills back in order for this one...

    I have actually had it for about a month, but it has primarily been white in color due to the salt up here.

        Is your GTI Reflex Silver (the picture in the avatar)? I have always had silver prior to this GTI, with the exception of a black Jetta in 2000. Everytime I wash my black GTI, I miss easy going silver finish I am used to... But black is my favorite color.

              That GTI was a client's from earlier this year (or last, I suppose). It's white. Here's the c&b:

              No, it's not the car grille. I'm talking about BBQ grills. I'm curious as to whether it's safe to apply wax onto barbeque grills or gas-fired stoves. If there's a layer of protection, especially on the grill, then it will make it easier for me to clean the grill. BTW, it's a stainless steel...

                        The current Jeep green is called Jeep Green Metallic. Not sure it that's it or not.
