  • hi, new to this forum

I am working on a 37 ford 2dr hump back. Had an "extended" absence since it was painted. base coat clear coat. Done by a good painter in Denver. It has been about eight years since it was painted. Not sure how many clear coats he put on it, assuming at least 2 maybe three. I am searching the threads to learn just how to color sand and buff. I do have the car running, now need to tend to the paint then final assemble. Doors, hood, side panels, fenders, glass and hood are not installed.

Thanks to all for what I have learned so far. Will be posting questions after "threading' for a while.

The only reason some people get lost in thought... is because it is unfamiliar territory for them.
