  • Hi from Edmonton - Canada

    Hey there everyone,

My name is Ryan and i am just starting out detailing, i decided to get into it because i want to properly polish my own truck.... Then it turned into an opportunity to do stuff i like to do on the side as a business.

So, here i am, reading away every article i can find.

I also ordered up a Flex 3401 , which should arrive tomorrow, some pads and product.

I will be experimenting for a while, with Meg's stuff, but also other brands, including a locally made enviro-safe line. I hope this is not a biased forum against all other products... i'll find out i guess.

I will be starting out on a couple practice hoods before i even touch my truck.

    see you online.

This is how a lot of us got into detailing.

Lots of information on this forum, you're always able to read other forums too and then you can decide where you're getting the best information.

Best thing to do is exactly what you're doing, try products for yourself and come to you own conclusions.

You can talk about any product you like as long as you follow the forum rules and basically you can't bash our products and you can't bash other company's products, other than that we do a very good job of keeping this a open forum and a family friendly forum.

Welcome aboard...I'll be in Edmonton in about 2.5 weeks...holidays with family...whee.

There certainly are lots of nice vehicles out that way.

Good luck with your truck...I'm almost scared to touch mine as I think it could turn into the better part of a week's worth of work.
