Hey I a newbie here, need some help I used Meguires nxt2.0 paste wax on 3 vehicles now. What kind of durability can I get from wax. Maybe 1 month or 2 months or more. I heard It was a sealant type that is a good thing. What do you guys use to upload your pictures, I want to post some past work here. I use photobucket now, I would like to get full page pictures up. Thanks

    Re: New here.

Hi and welcome to Meguiar's Online!

Best thing to do is to "introduce" yourself in this forum and then post questions to the appropriate forums in the forum category list like Detailing 101 for most questions.

General Auto Detailing Discussion. Participate in existing discussion or start a new thread with your question.

As for your pictures, you get a gallery with your account, just look for the word Gallery in the navigation bar across any page on this forum.

Also, it's considered bad Netiquette to post pictures that are so large that it forces people to horizontal scroll.

Hang on while we find something we've posted on this in the past so we don't have to re-type it.

      Re: New here.

It's good Netiquette to resize your photos to a maximum of 700 pixels wide for posting to discussion forums. Other wise people have to horizontal scroll to see the picture and if they have to horizontal scroll to see the picture that means they can NEVER see the entire picture at one time.

Kind of defeats the purpose of sharing a photo.

At the top of the homepage of this forum, in the middle you'll find a blue Clickable link that will take you to a thread that deals with working with photos including how to resize them without distorting them.

      Here's 700 pixels wide.

Posting a huge or super wide photo causes people to have to horizontal scroll and if this is the case they can never really see the entire photo as when their scrolling to the left to see the rest of the picture the image is falling off the screen on the right hand side.

Here's a thread on how to resize your photos...
How to resize your photos before uploading

Free software that we use because it never distorts our images, (we post a lot of images)

      Easy Thumbnails Website

And here's a 700 pixel wide photo so you can see how it fits in the monitor without making people horizontal scroll.
