Dieppe sound me familiar, it's in the north of France.
At least, before being the factory of Renault Sport, Dieppe was the native town of the "Alpine" brand. Created by Jean Redelle a Renault salesman which create sport cars for Rallye (for himself at the begining with parts from Renault cars).
The most famous was in the 70's the A110 which wins many times the Monte Carlo Rallye.
As times as goes by, "Alpine" became a Renault Branch, and at least disapear to be now Renault Sport.
"Alpine" refers to the french alps (where i'm leaving nowaday)
In fact, in Mexico, Renault made an Alpine in a joint with a local disappeared Manufacturer, named Dina (Diesel Nacional), the car was named DinAlpine, and was very famous...this was a long time ago.
The car was made on the factory at Ciudad Sahagun, in the Mexican State of Hidalgo.
