Need suggestions on how to clean and remove luggage marks on the interior roof fabric of a Lexus SC430 and Buick Ranier SUV.

Try searching for headliner and you will find quite a few threads.
I have only had to spot clean an area and I used Meg's APC+ at 12:1. 12 parts water:1 part APC+
I used a barely damp cloth and more or less dabbed at the area. It took some time, but it did clean it. I'm sorry, but I have no idea what the mark was from at the time.
It seems that getting the headliner truly wet has at least two things against it.
1. It can cause the cardboard above the cloth to get out of shape.
2. You can end up with an area that looks like a water stain where you were working.
