Wow it feels great to be part of MOL. Im a car (particularly imports) enthusiast and recently got into auto detailing so I figured this would be the right place. I read and learned about Meguiars and I have heard nothing but good from it 
Pretty soon Ill be purchasing the DA polisher and hopefully work it out to bring it back to life.
I have a 2003 Honda Civic and the paint looks dead.
I know for a fact Ill be claying becuase of the rough surface.
The swirling and the scratches are nasty. I made the mistake of washing with dish soap so maybe my first guess is I killed it. But surprisingly it hasnt faded or oxidized so Im hoping there is still life. I waxed it 2 weeks after realizing that and so now its somewhat in good shape, just for now at least.
Ill be uploading pictures soon and hopefully we can get this project started!
