    Evening all,

As a new member I thought I would introduce myself. My real name is Trevor Whyatt and I live in SEQLD in Australia. I have been detailing my own and my friends motorcycles for a number of years and my wife and family finaly convinced me to start my own Motorcycle Detailing shop up. The nearest place I can pay someone else to do it for me is 200+ km away and they charge either $65/hr min of 3 hrs or $210 per bike and they need the bike from 8am to 5pm.

That said and done...now I am looking at finding out more on the correct technics, gear and chemicals I will new to produce a above average to a car show shine.

Does meguiars offer courses ect in Australia?
Is there a fact sheet that lists which product to use at each stage to get the best result?

    Thanks all for your time
    Trevor

      Hi Trevor,

      Welcome to Meguiar's Online!

I'm not sure thata Meguiar's Australia offers any courses on detailing? The best thing to do would be to contact our Austrialian website and check with them, if they do they will probably be more geared towards cars but the pricipals will apply to working on motorycles.

Also, I removed you e-mail link as that's agains the forum rules.

Thanks for the links Murr they are very helpfuly.

The best thing about motorcycles is that they are a small area to work with....the down side is it all has to be done by hand.

Thanks for the welcome Mike, sry about the email address, I just find somepeople prefer to send an email direct over sending a reply to the forums and I and it automaticaly. It wont happen again...hopefully.
