Hi, new the forum and detailing all-together. Have always loved keeping my cars relatively clean, but was just enlightened a few weeks ago when a friend introduced me to detailing. He is a meguiars fanatic and the car came out beautiful, so here I am! I am looking into getting my own buffer and all the supplies and I think my bud can help me with that.
My real question is....what to wash the car with? I have always gone to the carwashes and used their brushes and what not. Not anymore, I got a bucket, soap, hose, and 2 chenille wash mits from target. That is where the trouble began, I am not a big fan of the chenille wash mitts--they shed like crazy after the first wash...what does everyone use to hand wash their car?
