Please post your questions to our discussion forum
I feel bad for posting this, but each day I have people who have discovered our forum, read through it, and then decide to personally e-mail me their questions or send them to me via a Private Message.
While I would love to answer everyone's questions via e-mail, it defeats the entire purpose of the forum. Besides that, if I answer questions via e-mail, only one set of eyes see the answers. If I answer questions via the forum, potentially hundreds, even thousands of people can benefit from the questions and answers. This is a better way to leverage everyone's time and my typing.
I truly appreciate the trust people place in Meguiar's name and the time and effort taken they take to write an e-mail with their questions, but due to the time it takes to think-out and write specific answers to a wide spectrum of questions, often times that include formatting, (all hand coded, for example the word formatting has four code tags to make it appear bold, italic, underlined and darkblue), as well as including click-able links with pictures, it is impossible to try to answer questions both on the forum and via e-mail. Since the forum is the best venue for asking and receiving answers, please if at all possible, post your questions to our discussion forum.
Most questions can be asked in the Detailing 101 Forum.
