    How to "PICS" question.

    I've searched with no luck. I would like to insert a picture for my avatar. How do I re size a picture from my hard drive, so it will stop saying "failed", over and over again? Thanks
    There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?
