    Events for the love for their cars to work?

    good day live in Brazil and work in the automotive industry and aesthetics to 4 years.
    I have seen here in the forum that U.S. personnel there organize some events, I would like to know how are these events? How are the organization and dissemination and it is presented to the participants? Because I believe in doing something similar here.
