TAGS are Enabled!
We've enabled the Tagging Option available in vBulletin 3.7
This means when you create a new thread you can add up to 3 key words known as Tags that will show up in the Tag Cloud, which is actually a box in the right-hand column of the forum homepage.
Please, please please, try to choose relevant and distinguished key words that a will tell someone reading the words in the Tag Cloud Box what your thread is about. Don't use common words like,
Help, Wax, Wash, New, Questions, etc.,
These types of words are too vague to enable someone to know what your thread is about to help them to decide whether or not to click on the Tag to read your thread.
Moderators have the permissions to edit tags and will do so when their judgment deems it necessary.
This is a cool new feature that we think our forum members will enjoy. You can add up to 3 tags or key words in the small dialog box just below your message box when you're creating a new thread as you can see below.
Enjoy!
Location of the Tag Box also called the Tag Cloud
You can click on the words in the Tab Box and it will take you to the thread or threads that use these words to tag a thread.
The Tag Input Box
After you type your message, if you are the Thread Starter", you can add up to 3 words that help to identify what your thread is about.
Again, please try to only add a tag word that helps to identify or describe what your thread is about. This can be hard to do and if you can't think of an appropriate word you can leave the tag insertion box empty. You don't have to add a tag word or words.
Enjoy!
