Meguiar's Ultimate Insane Shine Paint Glosser

The filling ability as shown on the Meguiar's IG page is really nice. Is it ceramic/graphene coating safe? Meaning does it leave any sort of protection to alter the hydrophobic behavior.

According to the webinar last night, you can apply Glosser on top of a ceramic or graphene coating but not before a coating. If your ceramic coating has lost a bit of shine or is a bit old, Glosser will restore the gloss. This product provides no protection but you can "top" it with any of Meguiar's spray waxes such as Ultimate Quick Wax or even M799 Hybrid Ceramic Booster; but you cannot put this on first and then apply a ceramic coating as the coating needs to have clean paint. According to Michael Stoops you can do a whole car in 5 min with Glosser then top with Ultimate Quick Wax in 10 min and in 15 min once a month you have a finish that looks like you spent hours polishing and waxing. Think of this product as Megs Visitor Messages in a spray but a whole lot easier and faster to use.

Can you use the Glosser on PPF & wraps or does it have to come in direct contact with paint? And if not topped with a wax or HCW / HCLW will it affect water repellency?

We did not design or test for PPF/Vinyl and yes it will likely affect water beading.

For the US, typically online retailers tend to stock & have the product before retailer stores, since retailer stores typically "reset" just prior to spring. So would start looking next month at your favorite online retailer.

No protective or dust repellant qualities. Think a sprayable pure polish.

It looks like our 2023 New Products are available on Amazon.com now - Would imagine other online suppliers will have them soon as well. Remember auto parts stores typically reset their shelves in spring, so will be a while to pick up from a store - online is generally first to have available.

I was able to buy this directly from Meguiars. Big brown truck just delivered it yesterday.

Sorry if these questions have been addressed already. This product says nothing about removing light dust. Since its basically a sprayable polish, must it be applied to clean paint only?

It says not to use it on coatings as it may smear, but some people are saying its good to use on coatings that may have lost some gloss. Has anyone tried it on a coating yet?

Correct, Ultimate Insane Shine Paint Glosser should be used on clean paint, either after washing or after using one of our Quik Detailer sprays to safely remove light dust & other contaminants.

Regarding use of coatings, due to the nature of coatings, it may streak and also may hide the coating's hydrophobics.

Regarding must the paint be dry, yes, clean & dry for best results.

Regarding the Webinar Recording - We lost our on-demand ability when we transitioned webinar platforms (Zoom to MS Teams). Let me see if I can locate that & get it posted somewhere else for you to view.
