TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEGUIAR’S $10 REBATE OFFER:
- Offer valid on any eligible Meguiar’s product AND any Meguiar’s Ultimate product (see front for specific eligible and Ultimate products) purchased at the same time between 4/1/10 and 6/30/10.
- Cash Register/Purchase receipt must show that both specific eligible andUltimate products were purchased at the same time.
- Rebate offer not valid on the purchase of any other Meguiar’s® products not specifically listed on the front of thisform.
- Original Cash Register/Purchase receipts dated prior to 4/1/10 or after 6/30/10 will not be honored. Customer must submit both the original Cash Register/Purchase receipt and this original Rebate Form to receive $10 rebate. Photocopies will not be accepted.
- Mail completed Rebate Form and original, dated Cash Register/Purchase receipt, with the eligible Meguiar’s products highlighted, to Meguiar’s® $10 Rebate Offer P.O. Box 9204 St. Louis, MO 63117-9204.
- All rebate requests must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from date of purchase receipt.
- Offer open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 years or older.
- Limit one (1) $10 rebate check per household.
- Rebate checks not cashed within ninety (90) days of issuance are void and cannot be reissued.
- Please allow 8 weeks for rebate check delivery.
- Be sure to keep a copy of all materials of the rebate submission(s) for your records.
- Noncompliance disputes may be resolved by resubmitting your copy of the rebate form and sales receipt only.
- All documents submitted become the property of Meguiar’s Inc. and are non-returnable.
- Rebate offer subject to all federal and state laws and restrictions.
- Meguiar’s® is not responsible for printing errors.
