ATTN: All So Cal Car Crazy People...
For those of you who haven't seen one of our special event rigs or who have not had a chance to meet Barry Meguiar, we want to invite you to a cool event going on this weekend in Los Angeles.
This weekend, May 30th and 31st, Pep Boys will celebrate the grand opening of their new Speed Shop, located at 1200 West Washington Blvd. in Los Angeles, Ca.
The Speed Shop, which is the first of its kind for Pep Boys, combines the old time feel of traditional speed shops with the latest in performance products and accessories.
As part of its Grand Opening celebration, the store will offer giveaways, promotions and vendor product demonstrations during the celebration.
There will also be special guests attending and these. Visits will feature autograph signings from:
Barry Meguiar - President and CEO of Meguiar’s
Gale Banks - Founder and CEO of Banks Power
Adrienne “AJ” Janic - Co-host of TLC’s Overhaulin’ and host of Hot Import Nights
Casper Canul - One of the first professional Latino drifters to perform in that style in the formula D series
“The Queen of Cars,” Geneivieve Chappel - Known for hosting shows on ESPN and the Speed Channel.
Company mascots Manny, Moe & Jack will meet and greet customers and community members during the celebratory ribbon cutting on Saturday, May 30th.
Throughout the weekend, there will be food and entertainment and many activities for the entire family to enjoy.
