Hello admins and members of MOL,
I am a car lover from Hong Kong. I am writing this article based on my personal experience with Meguiar's products and dealers in local HK. It may not be the same with what people are experiencing in different countries / regions, but I guess it would be nice for us to share on the Internet.
Recently I bought a bottle of NXT Tech Protect in a local shop. However I realized that it is the old packaging, and the spray head was broken after 4 sprays... The liquid inside has some kind of sedimentation and "jellification" happening when I opened it... I believe that product has been placed on shelf for a long long long time. I am suggesting that Meguiar's should add the production date on the bottle. For example:
MFG:Jul2010
Besides, it appears that car detailing is not a popular "weekend activity" for car lovers here in HK. I am suggesting that Meguiar's Hong Kong (China maybe?) should arrange more public relationship activities and saturday classes just like what you have in USA. When more people like detailing their cars, Meguiar's should generate more revenue. More shops will be willing to sell Meguiar's products. This will be a win-win situation for both end users and the Company.
Thank you for reading this!
Dennis.
