  • Windscreen washer fluid

Why does Meguiars does not have a windscreen washer fluid in his program?? We always use simple water with some kind of misty soap in it, but we don't know what it does to our wax.
It must be easy for Meguiars to develop a fluid that is suitable for use in the windscreen wash reservoir in our car, which does no harm to the wax and the window wipers.

I don't think coming into the washer fluid market is a great move. There are many, many companies out there with washer fluid already. Heck, you can even use distilled water.

As mentioned above, there are loads out there. Would it sell well to the average person? Possibly?

I don't mind the summer as it's mild. Winter is a good bit stronger. ,but I do use the recommended winter dilutions to avoid freezing and even damage to the wash bottle.

I don't know much about these products.I don't know if they do remove wax?

To avoid the sytem from freezing the most fluids contain alcohol; that harms the wax. Nice stripes are to be seen on the roof after using the system frequently.
My alternative is to not use the wash system.
As I live in wet and windy Holland, I have to clean the window by hand quit a lot.
It's no big deal doing that of course, but I was just wondering why this company does not have something like that.
But you're right: there's lots of them being on the market; but I have my doubts about the way they care about our wax. The actual goal is to clean the windscreen as good and fast as possible. Don't careing about any wax on the roof ???
