More Ads

Not sure if I read the right Magazines or not. But I never see Meguiars Ads in magazines, I read Hot Rod, Motor Trend, Classic Trucks and other auto magazines. I don't recall seeing ads in those magazines by Meguiars. I know it aint cheap but maybe some more advertisement. I have had people ask about Meguiars (what was that again, Me-gui-ars???-seriously). I tell everyone who listens, Meguiars and visit MOL. Our dumb stores fill up with Armol All and Mothers but have Meguiars stuff just not as much as there should be.

Just typing out loud.

I know from a previous life/job that to increase advertising "reach", it's best to rotate your ads and not be in every issue of a certain publication, so it's not surprising that you might not have had ads running in some of the books. Also, company's use different types of pub's to launch different products based on the purported reader base (e.g. Sport Compact Car's readers are much different that Modifieds, and Hot Rod's from Car Craft's). It's part science, and part guess-work!
