  • #21 Paste

How about #21 in a paste? There has been a few times I get some streaking with #21 like with NXT liquid, even with the proper surface prepping. But, I don't have the streaking problem with NXT paste so maybe the same might work with #21 in a paste? Possibly...

Excellent idea! Compared to the NXT Liquid, I find the NXT Paste easier to apply, it hazes more quickly, and streaks less. The #21 liquid does streak if you are not careful about applying it very thin. The #21 will also sweat and leave little water droplets. These drawbacks would not exist with the paste, based on my experience with NXT.

I thought I was the only one that liked NXT paste over liquid. I like it for the same reasons, IMO paste in this case applies far better. I will say I have never had a streaking problem with either version.

So thumbs up for a #21 paste.

Might be a good replacement for the discontinued #16. I know I prefer NXT over the liquid by far, it does apply easier and hazes quicker and I've never had a streaking problem with it. How about Mike, think it's a possibility?

                Re: #21 Paste

Chances are slim for M21 in a paste mostly because of demand is higher for liquids for speed and ease of application, thus another way of saying this would be that there is less demand for pass, thus less customers to purchase the product and justify the new skew.

Best thing to do however is to post this in the forum for "New Product Suggestions", as this kick an e-mail out to Marketing.
