  • Why didn't anyone think of this before? (pics to describe what I'm talking about)

Why not have all of the Meguiar's carwash soaps in jugs like this one:
With the no drip spout and have the cap measure in fluid ounces. This would be convenient.

OctaneGuy (Richard) mentioned this before. He even measured the cap out to be 4.x ounces.

This is a good idea. It would be very convenient for measuing the amount of soap we're using.

Right now I'm usually pretty lazy and I just dump whatever amount looks right into a bucket of water.

Could you move the Tide bottle out of the way so I can see the beautiful counter top you have! Don't forget to add a shot of the counter top edge too.

I used to use the "glug" method to measure soap. Now I use hyper wash that comes with a pump. The soap goes a long way now.

Serious about the counter top. They look great!

When I ordered from Auto Detailing solution, they threw in a pump with my gallon bottle of Gold Class Shampoo. It turns out that each full pump equals almost exactly one ounce...how convenient!

              The pumps are great.

I dont know if they would fit on the consumer/miror glaze soap bottles or not. And the tube lungth might have to be cut differently.

                I use one of these

Based on what the bottle says the mix ratio is I adjust the slide up or down depending on how much water I'm using and I have an instant measuring vup! Easy and foolproof, available in most housewares stores and online.
