Ordering problems - TODAY!

When i had went trough the whole procedure i just got this message:

Column p_location_id must have a value.
Error messages from Order Management
Error in Line: 1.0 :ORA-20001: APP-AR-11355: Unable to locate a valid Sales Tax rate for transaction. Ensure that an active Sales Tax rate exists for the Location. in Package OM_TAX_UTIL Procedure Tax_Line
There is an error in order submission.

So i just had to save the whole order and now i dont know what to do?

Im making an order to be shipped to Norway, can this be the problem? It shouldnt be since it has the possibility to choose norway when you order?

Are you trying to order from and shipped to Norway? I think this is due that Meguiar's doesn't ship overseas. But it needed to be confirmed. If is so, there are several online dealers that can ship overseas. Call customer service (1-800-347-5700), to find out.
