Problem with Even coat MF applicator

Hi! Today I used the MF even coat applicator pads, and I have to say that they are great. However, one of my pads was only partially stitched, so I could see the foam inside. I used it anyway, since I had to finish and had no alternatives.

What should I do to get a new pad that is completely stitched?
