Customer service number not working?

I've been trying to call this morning because my bottle of Ultimate Compound separated. Each time I've called the number (800-347-5700), a male voice says "transferring to attendant" and then a female voice says "connecting" and the line goes dead?

There's is definitely something wrong with the system, but they may not even be open today anyways because of President's Day.

Tyler, as Greg points out we're closed today due to the President's Day Holiday. Still, the system shouldn't be behaving that way so somethings glitched with it. We'll notify the Call Center about this and have them look into it. Give them a call tomorrow and they'll sort out your UC issue.

Sorry for the confusion guys!
Something happened between Friday and Monday because we tested the phone system Friday evening in preparation for the Holiday weekend and it was working correctly. Thank you for letting us know.
