Your photo isn't showing up, but if it is what I'm guessing....the velcro backing is coming lose from the pad because you were using the DA on speed 6? Happens quite often, especially for new users. You can re-glue the velcro and use it again in many cases.

      What glue do you recommend?

it happens when i wash it, t, but already there are signs of going off, so after finish it the velcro is separate from the pad.

I had mine exchanged thru the authorized distributor.

In fact some of the compounds/polishes that went watery in less than 6months were replaced by them.

Maybe you can check with your supplier.

I've used Gorilla Glue in the past. Sumo by Loctite is also good.

We see this from time to time if someone has been abusing a cutting pad - heavy pressure, speed 6 on the D/A - but this is highly unusual on a finishing pad since that pad would never be used so aggressively. By all means, please contact your local distributor for a replacement, and please accept our apologies.

Thanks, I wasn't sure what would stick to the foam, hold up to torsional(?) forces and yet hold up in a washing machine.
