Whats the deal with the sprayers? The last 1/2 dozen bottles I've purchased, before you can get the first spray, the dip tube falls out

It's gotten so bad that I have switched to the Armor-All brand

First off, we apologize for the frustration that this must have caused you. The odd failure of anything is nothing unusual, but for you to have had this many issues is just not a normal thing.

Second, we've moved this to the Customer Service Hotline area for a couple of reasons: a) this will generate an email to the head of our Customer Care Center, Brian Hann, so that you can get some direct assistance with this matter, and b) we are better able to track this sort of feedback internally.

Just so you know, whenever our call center gets a phone call, email or other communication about anything negative our guys log that feedback into an internal tracking system that is seen, literally, company wide. This is the best method for tracking issues that might develop and give us the best possible chance to catch things early and correct them as needed. Of course, positive feedback is also logged.
