  • FedEx Shipping

    Hi:

Meguiar's should consider using FedEx for shipping from the TN warehouse.

The Fedex supersaver shipping rate that some online businesses now offer is a big savings. I was very satisfied with the shipping cost on some recent orders I placed with businesses that used FedEx.

Fed Ex has a lower brokerage fee then UPS when shipping north of the 49th parallell. I second the vote for Fed EX

I have had good experience with both companies. However, I have to lean toward FedEx. From the consumer point of view, you are always overcharged on shipping no matter who you buy it from or who they ship with. I have always found FedEx to have considerably quicker shipping times. Then again this whole beliefs could be influenced by the fact that I have FedEx stock.

The new yellow DHL is merger between airborne & DHL. A good alternative. If you FedUp with the others.

I used to love FedEx...they used to be the best...but around here...they just ****. I find the most motivated (to do a good job) people to be UPS.

PS I have never encountered a large service company with such a poor customer service ethic as FedEx. One evening at work, I heard a commotion up front, and found the FedEx "courier" cursing out one of the ladies from the office about which door the package was at (sometimes we have letters, sometimes big boxes). When I explained to him that when we call for pickup we now get a recording, and can't tell them which door it's at, like we could before, and that if he had a problem it was with his dispatcher, not with the poor woman who called for the pickup...he flipped me the bird and stormed off. So off I go to call customer service...but I couldn't find anyone who cared. That is just one story of many, including picking up early from drop boxes, etc. So much for "the golden package" and "if it absolutey, positively has to be there overnight". Sorry for the rant.
