NXT 2.0 Liquid Wax is ... green, now?

It also has a different smell AND wasn't sealed. Picked it up from Walmart yesterday...

Every other bottle of NXT has been white and had an almost sweet smell to it. This smelled more like a paint cleaner/rubbing compound...

Sounds like someone bought it, took it home, emptied it into another bottle, refilled the bottle with simple green or something and returned it for a refund... free wax.

I'd get a sealed bottle and show them what it's supposed to look like when you go to make the return.

It definitely sounds like someone switched product. See what Wally World will do for you. If they give you a refund. If they do, go somewhere else and get a bottle. If not call Customer care.

It's been two months since his original post - he's probably already gotten some sort of resolution on it by now.

See what Wally World will do for you. If they give you a refund. If they do, go somewhere else and get a bottle. If not call Customer care.

If they are willing to just exchange the bottle, (which they most likely will/already have) why would he go elsewhere

Because whoever did this might have tampered with more then one bottle. Unless the MGR. on duty is willing to let him inspect the product before he leaves. But if the store says no. Get a refund.Then I would go elsewhere to get it.

All you have to do is to take the cap off and see. I don't see what the big deal is.
