Had an issue called the hotline, spoke with Rick. He helped me resolve the problem. Great products and even better Customer Service, glad to be a customer for life!
Wow, thanks for taking the time to post up this kudo - we work hard to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction (and Rick is pretty awesome at his job!) and it's nice to hear we're apparently doing things right!

Many times great service is not recognized, I know when my work is complemented it brightens my day and makes me feel as if what I am doing is important. Just giving credit where credit is due.
Hopefully I will be able to go back to SEMA this year and meet a few more of the staff.
I called last year to customer service to buy a bunch of things. And i talked to this lady, her name was "Linda". I keept on calling that whole week and everytime someone picked up the phone that wasnt her i asked if i could get transfered to Linda or if shes available. She made me feel so comfortable. I LOVE MEGUIAR'S! Never going to using others companys products since my meguis are the best.

I called last year to customer service to buy a bunch of things. And i talked to this lady, her name was "Linda". This is great to hear, and maybe not for the reason you might think......
If you called to order product and spoke with Linda you were not actually calling our Customer Care Center - you were calling Meguiar's Direct. Meguiar's Direct is actually a third party group we have contracted to handle all of our online ordering (they do an awesome job of this) but they are not highly trained in technical issues. If you ask them something that they don't know, they'll transfer your call to our CCC where you'll get Rick or one of the other Surface Care Specialists who will answer your questions and can still take your order over the phone.
Still, it's great to hear positive feedback concerning the folks at Meguiar's Direct, so thanks for that!
