  • NXT 2.0 paste is watery.

Ever since I bought the wax it was always much much softer than any of the waxes I have ever tried. There was always a pool of oil on top of the wax no matter the temperature. I paid no mind to it as I thought it was normal. Just recently my friend grabbed a tin and that was when I noticed mines was irregular. Searching on here I see a few people also have the same problem. I was just wondering what causes this to happen.

I was hard to capture with the lighting and flash but you can see the oil sitting on the top. I tipped the can so I could collect on the side.

After I decided to mix the wax together and thats when I noticed it started to take on an extremely water consistency. Here I tipped the can again to show how thin it became.

What causes the wax to become like this?

That definitely doesn't look right, and it should be solidified. Call CS and see if they can send you out a new one, otherwise toss it..

I looked at a can at Wal-Mart once, and it was solid like a paste should be. That is definitely not right.

I know this isn't what happened, but it looks like it was filled with the liquid version of NXT 2.0.
