  • Need help with my G110

    Can someone help me please! For some reason my G110 DA polisher stopped working I was using it on speed 5 with the ultra cut compound..out of no where the motor stopped working. I checked all the plugs and even tried to plug the DA polisher into another outlet but nothing worked. I have no clue why the polisher stopped, doesnt work on any of the speeds.

    Moved this into the Customer Care section since tagging into onto an M205 review wasn't going to get you much help

    You may want to call customer service tomorrow for the fastest response. They should be able to take care of you.

      Give Customer Service a call. They will most likely have you send that one back and get you a new one out right away....can't say enough about their support!!

          Interesting that I keep finding more and more posts like this. Mine did the same thing - waited a total of three weeks to get a new one sent and now the replacement started doing the same thing. It will turn on only if I spin the pad - most likely a bad commutator inside.

          Talked to normal contact today (Saturday) and asked if I could use one of the shop units until mine comes back - local to Irvine.

          It may be time to look for a new brand that will hold up to at least weekly use, if not daily.
