problem with customer service

i had ordered one of their ultimate bucket, i think thats the one with the wheels, anyhow the wheels fell off and i was told i was going to get 2 more sets sent out so thats fine. i was also advised they would send be out 2 bottle sprayers for apc+ and citrigel. this was at the end of january and i still havent gotten anythig what gives....

Just curious why you didnt call customer service back and find out what happened ?

Yes I agree as well their customer service is very good... As far as I am concerned the BEST I have ever dealt with. I am sure they will fix you up!
