I don't post here often as I'm still learning but this is a great forum. Thanks to all the help from reading a lot of posts. My cars look great.
Now on to my problem. I hope this doesn't sound dumb and/or long winded
Last spring I bought a gallon of APC (my wife loves it for around the house as well). I went to grab it from the basement over the weekend. It had cracked on the side (maybe an inch from the bottom) and leaked out. The basement is finished and heated. It was stored in one of those hard plastic containers with the flip top on a shelf in a closet that nobody goes into. I also had a gallon on HD, a smooth surface clay bar kit as well as some other meguiar's OTC products I found on sale. These were all purchased before the winter. The HD was leaking from the bottom corner of the bottle. I was able to save 1/4 of the bottle. All the rest of the bottles were fine but all the labels were discolored.
So I nee to buy another gallon of APC but I want to make sure it doesn't leak out again. Is there another container I can move it to so it does not leak out?
I'll wait on the HD as it is a little pricey for me and I should have enough to last the summer.
Is APC strong enough to eat through a plastic bottle?
Did the clay bar get ruined? I don't think so since it was wrapped in plastic and then inside the plastic box.
