i had a problem with some m21 that i had purchased and contacted customer care and got a reply with in 2 days. i spoke with rick today and well let me tell you these guys are awesome and megs is by far the BEST company in the industry that has this type of care and loyalty. A+ guys keeps me coming back everytime!
