    Shipping warehouse

    I have always ordered my products from Meguiar's and had them shipped directly to me. Never a problem other than an item being backordered and holding up the shipment. This is where I have a question - Is the only shipping warehouse in CT? Have you ever considered a west coast shipping facility? Sure would speed delivery for those of us on the west coast.

    That is correct, we only ship from Connecticut. We partner with Sure Source who is responsible for all of our fulfillment and they happen to be in Connecticut. Coincidentally we ship more orders to East Coast customers, but that has little to do with why we chose to operate this way.

    A few years ago we used to ship from California and all the East Coasters had the same complaint.

        Thats funny you ship from CT. I am in Mass and it takes me at least 5 days to get my orders. When did shipping from CT start? My last order direct from Meg's was maybe 3 years ago.
        If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.

          We started shipping for Sure Source/Connecticut in August of last year.

              Ahh that would be why. Im gonna have to put in an order straight from you guys to test. Should be next day from CT.
