Re: White/Yellow Seed things in M135

After a year and $2000 in Megs products, I'm going to respectfully look elsewhere. This has been a mess.

also, I had posted under professional products as I thought maybe someone that uses m135 in large quantities had seen this before, since I had seen it in a bottle of UQD a year ago.

Once this became an quality issue to be looked into and Customer Care became involved the appropriate forum became the Customer Service Hot Line forum, thus we moved it there.

Anytime a post or thread is submitted Customer Care is notified so they're aware.

Re: White/Yellow Seed things in M135

I sent you a PM several hours ago requesting the batch code and the product be shipped back to us. You made no mention in your response of that being a problem, so I assumed that was fine. Had you contacted me to let me know that was not convenient to ship it back, I would have gladly arranged for the product to be picked up at your home or office. This issue is currently being investigated by our manufacturing Q/C team. I have requested that a replacement bottle be sent out to your prior to your bottle being shipped back.

I think we have been acting very responsible and professional in the handling of this concern of yours. We want to make this right with you, and get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Please contact me by phone at your earliest convenience so that I can help to resolve any concerns you have regarding this issue.

            Thanks,

I know exactly what your talking about and I've had about 6-7 bottles of UQD with the same problem. Most times I just throw them away because it's not worth the hassle of calling and explaining it and getting new stuff sent out.

I think one time I did call in, but after that I gave up.

Never had a problem with Meguiar's customer support.

Figure out a way to get that bottle back to Meguiar's so they can take a look at it. Give Tom a call!

                    Wow!
                    6 or 7 bottles at $10 a pop.
I think I would either be talking to someone at Meguiar's or finding me a different QD.

I have bought a 5 gallon bucket of a "professional" brand QD and it did the same thing. Maybe we are letting the product get to hot or cold. It has also happened to a bottle of Mothers chrome polish I had. I know my products sometimes go through extreme heat, so maybe?

Well, this M135 I just received last week, and I keep it indoors, so I don't think it was anything I did.

Interesting observations though. Thanks for your input.

Never had this issue. I've used many UQD & 2 Gallons of M135, though.

                              Good luck

                                Interesting.

I have used a lot of bottles of UQD but I have not noticed this. I will keep an eye for it.
