    Disappointed
    I received my new G110 on January 6 2009 from ADS. When I tested it the next day it was not working ‘out of the box’, so I called Costumer Care about the problem but they send me back to ADS. Rick from ads send me back to Meguiars’s Costumer Care and then again I was told to call ADS… Finally ended up sending my machine on Thursday January 8th 2009 to Irvine where was delivered on January 13 and supposed to be replaced for a new one and send to me with “something extra” for the cost of my shipping. As of today Friday January 30 2009 I have not received my machine yet.
    What is wrong? Why is it taking so long?

    call customer service and ask for Brian Hann, he'll take care of you.

      Not sure what could be wrong but I've sent the link to this thread to Customer Care.

      Customer Care opens tomorrow at 7:00am PST so give them a little time to get up an running and then call the below number and cite this thread.

        When you get a chance, call me or email me with your information. Once I have your name and basic information, I will be able to see when your G110 was sent out and get back to you (extension 113 or jthomas@meguiars.com) I apologize for the inconvenience. It has likely been shipped; however, due to the extreme weather conditions in the Northeast, it may be delayed. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

          Jarek, I'm the one who received your machine when it arrived at our offices. It got to my hands on Monday, January 26th and I immediately sent out a replacement, along with an extra W8207 polishing pad. According to UPS tracking you will receive the order tomorrow, 2.3.09
