My g110 started to make a grinding noise about 2 minutes into my first use. I finished waxing the car but I'm thinking about returning it for an exchange.Is this common on these machines?

Once I had this grinding noise so I looked at what behind the backing plate and I found one of the 3 screws loosen and reached the back of the backing plate, it was loud noise and the pad doesn't rotate. so I tightened those 3 screws and it became fine.Comment
