I called a customer rep today and ordered the PC polisher kit and a few additional products. They are being shipped to Toronto Canada. I was wondering about brokerage fees and duty but he didn't seem to know ( total was about $210 US). I'm also wondering if there is a way to confirm that my order is correct, either by viewing it on the web or by email? I do have the order number. Thanks,

Your brokerage & stuff will depend on how they shipped. UPS seems to be the most expensive (flat-rate minimum brokerage & handling fees), USPS the best, and FedEx is in between. I ALWAYS ask them to ship by USPS if possible, FedEX if they have to. I don't order from a company if they only ship by UPS.
You shouldn't have to pay duty if everything is USA-made. Your brokerage will either be due at the time of delivery, or billed to your address later. I believe taxes (GST only?) are also collected by the carrier.
I've ordered lots of car stuff from the US, and that's been my experience so far...
