First off, I want to say that I learned so much from both this forum and all of RaskyR1's posts on 8thcivic. Thanks!
I recently bought a G110 and have only used it twice before it broke down on me. The first time I used it was to do a test spot on my friend's '89 Mazda Miata, and the second time was to use #80 on my car ('07 Honda Civic). It started stuttering when I was applying NXT Wax, so I turned it off, and back on -- and it no longer turned back on. I left it unplugged for 5 minutes, but this didn't bring it back to life either.
I just got off the phone with Customer hotline, and they instructed me to mail my G110 and I will get a replacement. I will gladly do so, but I have some questions that I would like to discuss. Is there a customer service rep here that I can PM?
