Can I Cancel My Order?

I ordered over a week ago and there is still no shipping number or anything. Unfortunately I believe a week is enough for online orders (detailedimage, detailersdomain, mobilehid, etc have done it within a week) so I decided to order through a local vendor. I was wondering if order #466801 can be canceled and everything refunded to me. Thanks
