  • Faulty G110's

After reading a few threads about the faulty G110's I was under the impression that the "new" ones were in and the problem was fixed. After now having read RECENT threads (as recent as last week) of faulty units, I'm worried about mine that I recieved just this Tuesday. I have not yet even plugged it in so I have no immediate concerns, but I have read that serial #'s could be used to tell if yours is part of the "faulty batch". Is it at all possible to post a serial # range to give a heads up on the posibilty of having a faulty unit? This is my first and only machine and would hate to start things off with a mechanical failure and no back up (besides my hands).

    Thanx in advance.

    Hi premier.mobile1

To begin with , not sure where the words "faulty batch" originated, but there is no such animal

As you know, we have had a few machines turn sour, and while it may look like a lot to some, in the grand scheme of things, there really aren't that many that we have had issues with....

We ask that you just use the machine as normal, and if you happen to have an issue, then give us a call and we will certainly take care you you.

    Thanks.

Thanx Mike, sorry too. Didn't mean to make it sound as though there were tons of faulty machines, as I would have no idea. After having read a thread that mentioned serial #'s I thought there might be a range of numbers where the problem existed. I also certainly have no doubt in the "we will certainly take care of you" area as I have read about the lengths you all go to over there to keep us happy.

      Thanx again.

        No need to apologize

Just wanted to make sure we cleared up any gossip / rumour that was floating around.
