    Re: Problem with APC...

    Nick,

When you talk to the customer, can you ask if the seat has ever been redyed?

From the way the stain looks, if the fabric has been redyed, then it could be that all you did was remove some of the dye and now the original stain has been revealed.

      Re: Problem with APC...

One little thing that I can think of is that the rear window starts there and the stain seems to be in the center of the bench seat and it trickles inward...maybe there was a leak earlier in the cars life and it was re-dyed or just covered up?

Hopefully you can get this worked out..

            Nick,
While I don't have any answers for you, I just wanted to thank you for starting this thread. Most people can learn by their own mistakes, a smart person can learn through others experiences. I think that we all try to use this forum to become smarter. I can not see how you could have expected the result you got prior to treatment. I know that I will ask about dieing done to seats in the future. I hope the resolution is not too painful in your pride of workmanship or cost to your wallet.
