well i just sent back the second g110 in 3 months and broke out my 8 year old g100. once again customer service is top notch !! but i have to ask if these are for the hobbyist or the pro? i use mine at least three time on every car,from following the rotary to removing wax. have you guys at meguiars had trouble with the ones you had first?

Just to note, at this time our defective rate is well within our expectation.
This tool is not just for the hobbyist but is for the Professional market and has undergone extensive torture testing to insure it could handle the abuse from segments of this industry.
It's an uncanny that you would get two faulty units in a row and for this we apologize but well will take care of you ASAP.
