  • aaarrrrrggggg!!! How do I get order status?

    Here's what the email says that they send you:

    To view your order status, visit the store home page and click on Orders link. You will have to sign in to get access to this information.

    So, I signed in and went to the store home page (Products, like where I ordered them from?) and there's no order status link.

    Why the heck can't they put the link in the email? Too simple huh?

    Did you try contacting Customer Service?

    Either by phone or by e-mail?

      Thank you for your patience. I honestly have no idea why you are unable to view your order history. Once you log in to your account in our Estore your should see and orders tab in the top right hand area of the screen. If you click on this you can view your order history and specific order info. Trust me when I say we know our Ecommerce system is not up to the standard we would like. We will be doing some serious work on it over the next few months.

      I did take the liberty of finding your order to provide an update for you since ultimately that is what you are looking for. Our warehouse was shut down a couple days last week to do inventory. This caused a short delay in the shipment of all orders. I am happy to say that our warehouse did spend most of this weekend doing their best to catch up on the back log of orders. Because of this delay we are still waiting to receive all the shipping info for these orders. We have been told this process should by done by early morning. Your order was placed last Thursday so chances are your order will be included and we will be able to provide a tracking # for you soon. Just in case there is some other delay I am unaware of I have emailed our contact at the Tennessee warehouse to make sure they address your order specifically.
