To make a long story short on two attempts to have a phone ordered delivered UPS damaged both shipments. On the first I called customer service received a commitment that the product would be replaced with free shipping, so I added a couple of items.
Well the order doesn't show so I call back to inquire and find out that UPS did it again and the damaged shipment was returned to Meguairs. So the guy states they'll get it right out, so off course I add some of the new detailer clay.
Well today comes this box with all of my stuff and the Ultimate Organizer enclosed. So I get a free Ultimate Organizer plus the additoinal orders are given at no cost and the detailing clay at a reduced price.
Now that is customer service. Wasn't even Meguairs fault and they went that far.
How often do you hear that in these day.
