It has been a week since I ordered and I haven't received any update on it being shipped. My order number is 455218

well I got my order today after no tracking info was sent or replies from customer service. Now I got another problem of one of the product bottles was empty looks like it cracked in shipping

Give customer service a call at the number on the back of the bottle. The guys there are great and super helpful - they'll take care of you I'm sure.

It would be best to give us a call at 800-347-5700. We just received the FedEx tracking # from our warehouse this afternoon, but as you have already stated the order arrived so that is no longer an issue. Please give us a call and let us know what product was damaged so we can replace it for you.

Still waiting on my replacement quik interior detailer. Shows that the order was booked almost 3 weeks ago, but has not shipped out yet.

The Quik Interior Detailer was on back order, but did ship out yesterday. I will email you the FedEx tracking # in a couple minutes.
