  • Problem with labels on Detailer Line

I have a pet pive with the labels on the detailer line galons. The labels come unglued and are a pain when you handle the containers and identifying them when they fall off.

I have used other chemicals in galons and this has never happened. Would be great if you can imporve the adhesive.

A quick fix could be to write the name of them on the jug with a sharpie. Then you will at least know what they are.

Sharpie pen is great. I have labels fall off a lot of stuff. I also recycle old jugs and label them too. Not Detailer line, but those Tide Detergent bottles with the spout....Those are great, no leaks and durable.

My suggestion was for Megs to fix the problem, not find a home remedy for it.

I haven't had a problem with the labels but I still use a sharpie. I can usually tell what the product is by the color.

I can by smell too. when I washed my car yesterday, I put the applicator down near some other ones and knew which one it was after smelling it

Trim Detailer has it's own smell, come to think of it, I used 21, ColorX throughout the day and knew which one was which. AND.....my wife laughs at me when I sniff stuff, especially in the store

Back to subject at hand. I haven't had a problem with labels yet, the sticker on my M40 Spray bottle is coming off, but it's pretty old and I just refill it with my gallon. I'm sure other variables come to hand with labels coming off, heat, cold, (hopefully not freeze), how they are handled during shipping etc. I would rather see them put effort towards a good product than worry about a label falling off (not to disrespect you Autocare in any way) hence the sharpie. But I hear you on the pet peeve thing, we all have them

I dont know about smelling the chemicals all day long. You might end up to happy at the end of the day.
